I have not ordered from American Peptides yet, so this is not the same kind of hands-on review as my Ascension Peptides write-up. This is a first-look profile built from what's published on their site: product range, COA claims, shipping and return policy, and contact info. I'll update this post with a real order write-up once I've placed one and checked a batch against its COA myself.
What they sell
American Peptides carries 46-plus research peptides, organized into growth hormone research, metabolic research, tissue repair, longevity, neurological research, and cosmetic/topical research categories. Popular listings include retatrutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, and GHK-Cu, plus bundles, nasal sprays, dissolving strips, and reconstitution solutions.
What they publish about testing
The site's headline claim is "Full Certificate of Analysis available before you purchase, not after," with "100% COA Coverage" on every product and batch. I pulled two sample COAs from their library to look at directly, both issued by Bioviridian Inc. and signed by Shane Straight, M.S., Principal Chemist.
They're substantive documents: identity confirmed via MALDI-MS, purity via RP-HPLC at 214nm (99.9% on both samples I saw), content by HPLC quantitation, plus endotoxin (USP<85>), heavy metals (USP<232>), and sterility (USP<71>) testing, each marked "Conforms." Each COA carries a verification code and a QR link to Bioviridian's own lookup tool at bioviridians.com/coa-search.html, which is a real independent-check feature, not just a PDF you have to take on faith. I haven't matched one of these against a physical vial myself yet, so this isn't a hands-on verification, but the documentation is more thorough than most vendors in this space publish.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is domestic (USA) only for now. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same-day, with typical delivery in 2 to 3 business days, and shipping is free over $300. They state tracked, insured delivery with replacement for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 72 hours. Returns otherwise are limited to items that are damaged or fail purity verification, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Customer service
Listed contact is a phone line, (318) 347-5336, staffed Monday through Saturday, plus an email signup and contact page. I haven't personally tested response times, so treat "typical response under 5 minutes" as their claim, not mine.

What I'd still check before you order
- Verify your specific batch yourself before ordering. Use Bioviridian's tool at bioviridians.com/coa-search.html to pull the COA for the exact product and lot you're buying, not just the sample I reviewed.
- Look up Bioviridian's accreditation independently. The sample COAs name a credentialed chemist and a verification code, which is a good sign, but I haven't confirmed the lab's own accreditation status myself.
- Note the payment methods. Cards and ACH are standard, but Cash App and Venmo are peer-to-peer apps with weaker buyer protection than a credit card chargeback if something goes wrong.
- "Zero recalls since launch" is a marketing claim, not something I've verified, and the site doesn't state how long they've operated.
Papa's take
The site says the right things: research-use-only language throughout, a stated COA-first policy, a real phone number, and a Shreveport, LA address rather than nothing. The sample COAs I reviewed are legitimate-looking, detailed, third-party documents: named lab, credentialed signature, and an independent verification tool. That's more thorough than most vendors in this category publish. It's still not the same as matching a batch on a vial I've personally received, so this remains a first-look, not a hands-on-verified endorsement. I'll update it once I've ordered.
