I have not ordered from NextGen Peptides yet, so like my other vendor profiles, this is a first-look built from what's published on their site, not a hands-on order account. I'll update this post once I've placed a real order and checked a batch against its COA myself.
What they sell
NextGen Peptides carries a broad catalog, including BPC-157, cagrilintide, 5-Amino-1MQ, KPV, KLOW, kisspeptin, and tirzepatide, sold as peptides, capsules, liquid sprays, oral droppers, and wholesale quantities. The site requires age verification (21+) and a researcher-status confirmation before you can buy, which is more gatekeeping than most vendors in this space bother with.
What they publish about testing
This is the strongest COA library I've looked at so far in this category. Their public COA library lists 98 entries, each with a batch number, test date, and purity percentage: things like BPC-157 batch BPC10-08 at 99.90% purity (tested July 8, 2026) or retatrutide batch RT20-09 at 99.99%. Purity across the library ranges from 96.10% to 100%, with most products clustered in the 99% to 99.9% range. The testing is credited almost entirely to one lab, ILS Laboratories, with two one-off entries attributed to different labs (Jano Shik and BioInfinity QA), which I'd want an explanation for rather than assume is a typo.
The gap: nowhere in the library does it say what method was used to get those purity numbers. No mention of HPLC, mass spec, or anything else. American Peptides' sample COAs spelled out RP-HPLC and MALDI-MS by name; NextGen's library gives you a number and a date but not the method behind it. A handful of liquid-spray and oral-dropper listings also show "N/A" instead of a purity figure.
Shipping and returns
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 36 hours, shipping domestically via FedEx 2-Day Air. Shipping is U.S.-only right now. The catch: shipping protection has to be selected at checkout, and orders without it aren't eligible for reimbursement or replacement if they're lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. The site advertises "99% Purity Guaranteed or your money back," but I couldn't find the actual refund policy spelled out anywhere on the site, so the fine print on that guarantee is unclear. Ask support directly before you order.
Customer service
Listed contact is a phone line, (479) 287-5199, an SMS line, (424) 343-4462, staffed 8 to 5 CST, and an email contact option, with a Los Angeles, CA location given. I haven't personally tested response times.

What I'd still check before you order
- Ask what testing method backs the purity numbers. The library gives you a percentage and a date but never names HPLC, mass spec, or any other method, unlike some competitors who spell it out on every COA.
- Ask about the two off-brand lab entries. Almost every COA in the library credits ILS Laboratories; two don't. Get an explanation before assuming it's nothing.
- Select shipping protection at checkout. Skip it and you have no recourse if FedEx loses or damages your order.
- Get the actual refund policy in writing. The "money-back" purity guarantee is advertised, but I couldn't find the terms spelled out anywhere on the site.
- "3+ years" and "75,000+ orders fulfilled" are marketing claims I have no way to independently verify.
Papa's take
The COA library here is the most substantial one I've reviewed in this category: real batch numbers, real dates, a named lab on nearly every entry. That's a genuinely good sign. But the missing testing method and the unclear refund terms are real gaps, not nitpicks, and I'd want both resolved before I'd call this a strong recommendation. This is a first-look, not a hands-on-verified endorsement. I'll update it once I've ordered.
